Senior Product Owner
Hybrid/remote working in a fast-growing international company. Competitive package including company offsite + employee benefits (lunch vouchers, mobile/internet, office snacks, learning budget).
The role
As a Senior Product Owner, you will lead the development of AI-driven and software products that reflect our mission and deliver value to users. Sitting at the intersection of product strategy, data science, and software engineering, this role is responsible for owning the end-to-end user-centric product development process—from shaping vision to ensuring execution and delivery.
You will act as a product leader, not only a contributor. From running development with a mission-led approach, to communicating a strong product vision backed by user needs and data, and taking full responsibility for weekly prioritization, planning, and decision-making, you will work closely with Data Science (DS), Software Engineering (SE), and QA to align roadmaps, facilitate execution, and adapt when needed.
This role is essential to ensuring our technical and product workstreams are focused, collaborative, and always delivering toward the right outcomes.
Your tasks:
We’re looking for someone who can lead with clarity, build momentum across teams, and deliver exceptional outcomes. You will manage the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and release communications, ensuring alignment between customer needs and technical feasibility.
You will be accountable for planning and prioritizing the product roadmap, ensuring DS and SE teams are set up for success, and making product decisions grounded in user insights and technical feasibility.
During the first 3 months you will:
- Learn Cambri platform and our domain
- Ensure all product artifacts—Jira tickets, user stories, roadmap
- documents—are clear, structured, and ready for execution
- Start leading weekly meetings, prepare decision-making material, and
- keep all stakeholders informed
- Begin syncing development efforts between DS and SE for one or
- more product features
- Provide clear feedback on designs and proactively propose where
- further user or technical insight is needed
- Communicate progress and direction clearly to the wider company via
- release notes, documentation, and internal updates
During 6 months you will:
- Own a full product vertical end-to-end, setting direction, making
- roadmap decisions, and regularly delivering measurable user and
- business value
- Plan and lead the development of a full product feature, incorporating
- DS workstreams into early roadmap planningo Course-correct product efforts as needed, using data to pivot or steer
- direction when timelines or outcomes don’t meet expectations
During 12 months you will:
- Influence broader product strategy with insights from users, internal
- teams, and market shifts
- Contribute to marketing and sales enablement efforts by clearly
- communicating product roadmap, releases, and positioning
What's important in this role
We believe in ownership, clarity, and momentum. As a Senior Product Owner, you are expected to lead with confidence - come to meetings prepared, make decisions backed by data, and drive conversations forward. You don't defer responsibility to engineers or others; instead, you find what’s missing (user insight, data, feasibility input) and take the lead in filling those gaps.
Your success will be measured by your ability to connect user needs to product direction, facilitate effective collaboration, and deliver consistent outcomes with both speed and precision. You should communicate clearly, act decisively, and take accountability for results - pivoting when needed, without excuses.
What leads to success:
• 5+ years as a Product Owner in a software or AI company, or less with an exceptional delivery track record. Former entrepreneur with SaaS background welcome.
• Strong technical understanding—background in Software Engineering or Data Science is a significant plus.
• Experience leading full product development lifecycles, from user research and design to delivery and post-release communication.
• Excellent skills in roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and feature scoping, with tooling and documentation to support decision-making.
• Ability to coordinate and align DS, SE, and QA efforts and ensure they are reflected in planning.
• Skilled in PO tasks, creating and managing Jira tickets, writing user stories, and giving feedback to design (e.g., Figma).
• Strong communication skills, including creating release notes, internal documentation, and supporting sales and marketing with clear product messaging.
• A track record of decisive leadership, owning problems and proposing solutions, and delivering with purpose and clarity.
